日本橋高島屋S.C.店の設計に当たり、伝統と老舗の日本橋に新しく根付いて行くために、時間をかけて培った風合いや造形をお客様が楽しむことができ、「精神的な居心地の良さ」を感じる場所になるようデザインした。
An atmosphere covering nature’s blessing of earth and driftwoods.
“HATAKE CAFÉ”, located in Nihombashi Takashimaya S.C., offers “gentle cuisine to body and soul” and a “healing comfort”. Its seasonal vegetables are procured by valuing ties to farmers and nature’s produce. Upon designing this café, the historical location and tradition of Nihombashi was taken into consideration and roots itself as a new establishment. One can enjoy its carefully cultivated ambience designed into a place for one’s spiritual comfort zone.
